More Images from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Legislators

Development layouts for the financier's personal tropical island among the photographs.

Also contained in this latest image release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.

The financier purchased a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the bottom right.

The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying various sections of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be several other property layouts and architectural plans, such as plans for dock shelters.

Further images released as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
